For those who are having a hard time reading this, the rules are as follows;
1. This is a Fighting and Killing zone with Gold Approval.
2. This is NOT an Open sex Zone. Sexual acts are to be taken to whisper or IM.
3. Keep OOC to a MINIMUM If there is Role-playing going on.
4. This is NOT a forced Collar zone.
5. Out Of Character grudges STAY out of character, and IC hatred stays IC as well.
6. Browns have say over players, but golds have say over browns.
7. Respect is a must, not just the chorus to a song.
8. Browns will ask a gold for
permission to kick unless one is not present or all the golds are away
9. Use the Away button if you are not RPing
10. All those little OOC
disclaimers will most likely be voided in this room. Including but not
limited to: "I ignore all forced attacks" "I ignore all forced drama"
"I ignore ALL drama period" Because to RP means you must roll with the
flow and accept changes that may happen to your character, not just
void what you don't like.
11. There IS astoundingly a
difference between being a douche Out of Character, and your character
himself being a dick. Remember this or begin kissing the broad side of
a swinging hammer.
12. Be mature about the game.
If you can't handle the stresses of RP, then don't do
it.
~New editions to the rules are below~
1. Under NO circumstances, may
ANYONE Take an IC action, and drag it into an Out Of Character Grudge,
or take an OOC action and turn it into an IC grudge.
Ever. 2. If you get hurt and want to play that out, thats fine.
Just don't get hurt every day of the fucking week, strangely enough,
there is a difference between the occasional Ambush and being chased
like a Princess killer. 3. Pregnancy is a big part of
roleplaying, but just because you CAN get Pregnant, doesn't mean you
SHOULD. Constant Pregnant Dramas will be dealt with, most likely by the
death of the child and/or parent. 4. If you have some big event going
on in your life, thats emotionally crippling and mentally scarring,
don't take it out on anyone but yourself. We arent here to listen to
how gramma had a heart attack, which is why you have to lash out at
everyone. 5. Death is something that happens in Roleplaying. It just
does. We don't discourage death in Roleplaying at all, but that doesn't
mean kill everyone you see. If for some reason, you do end up dead, you
stay dead, unless properly resurrected (A gold will moderate
that) 6. Upon Permanent death (No way to resurrect) You will be
forced to change your name, erase your profile, and start your
characters Blackwood days over and we mean OVER. Altering your
characters name, some of their history, then just hitting things off
where you left off will most likely end in a Ban. No bitching, whining,
crying or begging the hosts with Cyber Sex will change
that. 7. Drama is great. Drama is what Roleplaying IS in essence.
There are dramatic events that happen in a characters life, such as the
death of a loved one, Pregnancy and many other things. A spice and
difference from the regular roleplay is welcome from time to time, but
constant drama and attention seeking will not be tolerated, and will be
addressed and hopefully stopped. 8. This is a Paragraph Posting Room.
One Liners will be tolerated to an Extent. We recognize that sometimes
there really is Nothing else to say, but excessive one lining will not
be tolerated. 9. If you don't understand a rule, or you arent sure whats
going on, do not hesitate to ask! Thats what we have the hammers in
place for after all. 10. Earlier it was mentioned that
Browns have say over players and Golds have say over all. This does NOT
Mean that Golds and Browns can change rules on the spot without consent
from the owner. This means that they are the people who will settle
disputes in a timely and reasonable manner and that their choice is final.
